Eleven games in the season (7-4) have a Football Power Index (FPI) of -1.9 Rating by ESPNwhich ranks 13th among all 32 teams.
The (2-8), who host Houston in Week 11 on “Monday Night Football,” are ranked No. 28 with an FPI rating of 5.6.
The FPI is “a measure of team strength intended to be the best indicator of a team’s future performance for the remainder of the season,” it says ESPN.com. “The FPI indicates how many points a team is above or below average. Predicted results are based on 10,000 simulations of the remainder of the season using FPI, previous results and remaining schedule.”

The Texans will look to improve their scoring when they face the Titans in Week 12, which should play a role in the AFC South Division race. Houston has moved up four spots since last week.
