3. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2)
4. Houston Texans (6-4)
5. Baltimore Ravens (7-3)
6. Los Angeles Chargers (6-3)
7. Denver Broncos (5-5)
Other competitors: Indianapolis Colts (4-6), Cincinnati Bengals (4-6), Miami Dolphins (3-6)
If the season ends today, the Texans would host the Ravens in the AFC Wild Card Round. The Ravens haven't had their bye week yet, which is why Pittsburgh is ahead in the standings despite having the same number of wins.
The Steelers, who have not yet played a division game, could also be number 5 in a direct duel. Beginning in Week 11, six of Pittsburgh's eight remaining games will be against teams from the AFC North. The other two come against the undefeated Chiefs and a 7-2 Philadelphia Eagles squad at Lincoln Financial Stadium.
