Nine Seattle Seahawks players did not practice on Wednesday, but three were rest days and one had personal reasons. Everyone practiced extensively on Thursday as they prepare to play the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12.
However, starting right tackle Abraham Lucas, who came off injured reserve last week, did not practice on Thursday after playing full time on Wednesday.
