Seahawks offense took off when 49ers DE Nick Bosa left the game

There isn't a single Seattle Seahawks fan who needs to be reminded of how dominant Nick Bosa is on the San Francisco 49ers defense. While the Rams' Aaron Donald is out of the league for good, Seattle still has to deal with Bosa, who was also named Defensive Player of the Year.

Bosa was enters Week 11 showdown with a hip injury. For the first two and a half quarters, he looked every bit the All-Pro we know and fear. Bosa had four tackles and 1.5 sacks. But it was the second sack that cost him – and the Niners – dearly on Sunday.

After Bosa left the game, the Seahawks finally scored their first touchdown of the day. Up to that point, they had only scored six points on two field goals. With Bosa out of the game, the Seahawks managed to get two touchdown drives, including the game-winner thanks to Geno Smith's scramble.

Without Bosa terrorizing Seattle's offensive line, they were able to provide just enough protection for Smith to work his magic late. Unfortunately for Bosa and the Niners, the injury that caused him to leave the game early appears to be new.

Bosa has an injury on the other side, which could keep him out of a game or two. Bosa then described his new injury as ““ and explained that he was probably overcompensating for his other injury.
