In a recent report, journalist Graeme Bailey stated that Chelsea have reached an agreement with Rayo Vallecano for Pep Chavarria this summer. It has been mentioned that the Blues have agreed on a deal worth around €25m for the Spanish defender, who is set to travel to London for his medical soon.
