WWERaw's programming will undergo a major overhaul in the new year as Raw will air exclusively on Netflix starting January 6, 2025. While the other weekly shows and PLEs in the US remain in the same location, the changes in the rest of the world will be even bigger. Everything in the UK and elsewhere around the world is moving to Netflix, and that means the WWE Network is finally being laid to rest.

From January 1, 2025, not only will all three weekly WWE shows air live on Netflix in the UK and most other countries, but PLEs will also air live on the streaming platform and most of WWE's archived content will also be available on the service be available. There will be a small number of countries where the network is still available while WWE waits for its remaining TV contracts to expire so the switch can be made. However, in the UK the network will disappear for good, but there is a silver lining.

WWE sent an email to its Network subscribers in the UK and Ireland this week to inform them that the service will cease operations in those countries on December 31, 2024 and will be ready to transition to Netflix the next day is. Ten years after the network's launch, WWE is waving goodbye
The WWE Network launched in 2014, marking a historic shift in vision for the company. Up until this point, all of WWE's PPVs had to be paid for individually. For $9.99 a month, significantly less than the price of a PPV, WWE fans got access to not only all of the live PPVs, but pretty much everything the company had ever done through the network's video library , not to mention the original content, which was added quite frequently, for starters.
The regular stream of additional content eventually dried up and the WWE Network was folded into Peacock in the US, where it will remain. However, it continued in the UK and elsewhere as Peacock is not available in other countries, at least not in the same way as in the US. Now that the same thing is happening with the network and Netflix in the UK, other countries and eventually everywhere except the US, it will soon be something that may be left behind forever.
