The hits for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers continued even as his team headed into the weekend off.
Like the Jets (3-8) Rodgers continued to be the talk of the NFL. League insider Tom Pelissero reflected on this while participating in the “Rich Eisen Show.” It wasn't a good statement for the QB.
Like most, Pelissero believes Rodgers is no longer among the NFL's elite. But he raised the bar.
“Aaron Rodgers doesn’t look right,” Pelissero said. “We’re not talking about whether he’s still a top-five or top-10 quarterback. I think the real question is, is he one of the top 32 quarterbacks right now?”
Ouch.
